- To use tickets purchased on this Website, at the time of entry you must produce:

- Tickets shall be void if altered or if they are exchanged, transferred, or resold except by licensed distributors as preapproved by Miral in writing.

- Single Ticket - Regular
icon This ticket grants one general admission entry to teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi (“TLP”). This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of TLP. Entry and use of TLP are subject to specific product terms and conditions, TLP terms of entry, and the following:
- This ticket is for guests aged 13 years and above.
- This ticket is valid only for the date and admission time specified, as applicable to this ticket category. Entry outside the designated time is not permitted.

- This ticket is valid only during regular TLP operating hours and not for special events.
- Operating hours are subject to change. Please check the website for updates.
- Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). Children aged 4-12 years old (both ages inclusive) require their own ticket, with a minimum ratio of one adult per three children.
- Children aged 3 years and under enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. A government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
- Admission and use of TLP are at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage. Experiences may include low ceilings, uneven ground, and wet areas. It is your responsibility to ensure your own safety and that of minors in your care.
- Outside food and beverages (except one small bottle of water <600ml or infant/special dietary food in a non-glass container) are not allowed.
- You must comply with all experience rules and follow staff instructions.
- You must adhere to all health and safety regulations during your visit.

- Single Ticket - Child
icon This ticket gives you one child general admission entry to teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi ("TLP"). This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of TLP. Entry and use of TLP is subject to specific product terms and conditions, TLP terms of entry and those set out below:
- This is a ticket for a child only (aged 4 to 12 years; both ages inclusive). Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
- This ticket is only valid for entry on the date and for the specific admission time mentioned on the ticket, as applicable to this ticket category. You will not be permitted access to TLP outside of the specified date and admission time.

- This ticket is only valid for entry during regular TLP operating hours. It is not valid for special events.
- Regular TLP operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. Please visit our website to check the operating hours.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid admission ticket and if the child is aged 4 to 12 years old (both ages inclusive) they must hold their own valid admission ticket. There must be one adult per three children, at a minimum ratio.

- This ticket is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Entry will not be granted to anyone under 18 years of age.

- All guests must present a valid ID upon entry to verify age if requested.

TLP is operated by Miral Experiences LLC. For our guests’ safety and enjoyment, entry to TLP is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket and entering TLP, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
- Definitions
icon The following words and expressions have the following meanings unless content requires otherwise:
- ‘TLP’ means as defined above.
- ‘Experiences’ means the exhibits, artworks, attractions, zones, and outlets at TLP.
- ‘You’ or ‘your’ refers to guests at TLP.
- ‘We’, ‘our’, ‘us’ means Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of TLP.
- At TLP
icon The standard operating hours of TLP are set out on our website. Operating hours are subject to change.
b. Entry to TLP is subject to you complying with these terms and conditions and TLP rules and regulations which are displayed at TLP entrance and set out below.
c. The Experiences feature different conditions and terrain, which may not be suitable for all guests, including dark areas, low ceilings, steep inclines/declines, uneven ground and wet areas. You have a duty to take reasonable steps to familiarise yourself with risks at TLP and ensure your own safety (and minors in your care) while at TLP, taking into account any medical conditions and/or accessibility limitations you or they may have.
d. Use of TLP is at your sole risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage sustained within TLP. You confirm that we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you or to your property and waive all claims against us in this respect, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
e. We do not permit the following within TLP:
- Outside food (including candy and gum) or beverages (except 1 small bottle of water (<600ml) or infant/ special dietary food in a non-glass container).
- Fighting or abusive language.
- Strollers.
- High heeled shoes (all shoes worn must be flat soled and we strongly recommend non-slip shoes).
- Smoking in non-designated smoking areas.
- Unruly behaviour, running or queue jumping.
- Intoxication.
- Weapons of any kind, or potentially dangerous items such as items made of glass or with sharp edges or chemicals.
- Ice coolers/boxes, suitcases, and bags with wheels.
- Glass items, plastic cup lids, plastic straws, or balloons.
- Clothing with offensive language or content or clothing that identifies the wearer as emergency personnel.
- Pets (except service animals in special cases that will be determined by us).
- Scooters, bikes, skateboards, or electric vehicles (apart from wheelchairs, subject to any limitations specified below).
- The use of recreational devices such as drones, toys, skates or shoes with wheels, two-wheeled self-balancing electric vehicles such as segways.
- The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale.
- Commercial filming or photography equipment (including monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, etc).
- Any form of flash photography.
- Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes without our prior written approval.
- Unlawful or immoral behaviour.
f. We are not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property. All personal property is brought into TLP at the owner’s sole risk. TLP is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen personal property.
g. We reserve the right to deny admission for any reason. We reserve the right to remove guests from TLP if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions or any other applicable rules, regulations, or instructions, without a refund. This is without prejudice to any claim that we might have against you or arising from your actions. If you are part of a group, we may apply such restrictions to all guests within the group.
h. You must at all times adhere to any rules and restrictions applying to the Experiences and follow all instructions in TLP.
i. You must at all times adhere to UAE laws, morals, and/or cultural values during your visit.
j. Please read safety signs and follow the directions of our employees at all times.
k. Your dress and appearance must be in keeping with the culture and values of the United Arab Emirates.
l. You must supervise children in your care and arrange a meeting place in case you should become separated.
m. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not allowed inside the TLP building. You may only smoke in the designated outdoor areas.
n. The safety and security of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. By entering TLP, you consent to you and your belongings being subject to searches, screenings, and/or security checks.
o. There are lockers available throughout TLP on a ‘first come first served’ basis, subject to availability and agreement to any locker terms of use. All items are stored in lockers at your risk, and although valuable items should be stored in the lockers, ideally they should not be brought into TLP at all.
p. There is a tagged luggage storage service available at TLP entry, subject to availability and agreement to our luggage storage rental terms. All items are stored at your risk, and although valuable items should be subject to luggage storage, ideally they should not be brought into TLP at all.
q. You must not leave your belongings unattended in TLP.
r. You must adhere to any health protocols in place at TLP, including any PPE requirements.
s. You consent to us taking reasonable action to address an emergency situation, including consenting to physical touch by our colleagues, where necessary, in order to prevent an injury or serious property damage. For example, if a child approaches a potentially hazardous area, we may stop them entering the area, in order to prevent harm.
t. The safety and security of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. By entering teamLab Phenomena, you consent to you and your belongings being subject to searches, screenings, and/or security checks. For your safety and security, compulsory metal detector checks are currently in use at the museum. If metal items are detected, further screening will be required in order to confirm clearance to enter. A private space is available for our female guests. Guests with pacemakers and pregnant women are exempt from metal detector checks, please inform a colleague if this applies to you, who will direct you to the separate screening process.
- Tickets
icon All tickets sold online are the property of Phenomena LLC, the operator of the Museum. Entry and use of the Museum is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:
- Individuals entering the Museum must hold a valid ticket which has been obtained from us, our website or an authorised third party.
- The entrance ticket and other entitlements remain our property and are not for re-sale, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for commercial gain. Tickets and other entitlements are void if altered.
- Non-dated tickets do not guarantee entry.
- You will need to present the original ticket or online e-ticket in order to gain entry into the Museum (note this may not be required if FacePass is available in future and you have completed all steps to register for FacePass contactless access).
- The ticket is valid for the date and timeslot stated on its face. You will not be permitted access to the Museum outside of the specified date(s) and/or timeslot.
- There is no re-entry into the Museum allowed on your day of visit.
- Your ticket is personal to you and may not be shared with others. The ticket is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
- Tickets should be retained and shown for inspection upon demand.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid admission ticket and if the child is aged 12 to 4 years old they must hold their own valid admission ticket. There must be one adult per three children, at a minimum ratio.
- If tickets are bought on behalf of other guests (for example, group bookings), the buyer accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of every guest and shall ensure that these terms and conditions are complied with by each person in the group. If you are an adult supervising minors in the Museum then you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of those minors and agree that you are responsible for their behaviour and safety at all times during your visit.
- If you resell a ticket without our express consent, it will be void. By purchasing a ticket you agree that the tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only, and will not be resold or transferred.

- We reserve the right to deny admission to any of the Experiences if we have reasonable belief that you cannot comply with the safety rules.
- Height, age, and safety restrictions apply to some Experiences. Guests may not be able to experience all areas of TLP. Please check the Experience restrictions on our website before purchasing your ticket.
- CAUTION: Certain Experiences may contain bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. If you have sensitivity to these conditions or a history of photosensitive epilepsy or any other condition triggered by visual stimuli, you should avoid these Experiences.
- Certain parts of TLP and some Experiences are dark, with uneven surfaces and unstable footholds. Please pay close attention to your surroundings, especially children, and ensure their safety under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
- Some Experiences may contain interactive elements that are not suitable for all guests. You should assess your comfort level and the comfort of any minors in your care before participating.
- Smoking, eating, or drinking is not permitted in any of our Experiences.
- Certain Experiences contain wet areas where you may need to remove your shoes and socks or expose your body to water. If you participate in these Experiences, you:
- Acknowledge that you may get wet. Rain jackets can be provided for hire upon request (subject to availability and acceptance of terms).
- Must wear clothing suitable for getting wet.
- Acknowledge that the water may contain sanitizing chemicals, and we have no liability for any allergic reactions or effects from exposure.
- Should not enter wet areas if you have open wounds or contagious medical conditions.
- Agree that we are not liable for personal items (e.g., jewelry or electronic devices) lost or damaged during these Experiences.
- Should exit the wet area immediately if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable and seek assistance from our staff.
- Some flooring in TLP has a reflective effect. Guests can request a sarong/wrap; please talk to our team for details.
- We have no liability for any damage or degradation to personal items, including clothing, while at TLP.
- Space is provided at certain Experiences to leave non-valuable items while you enjoy the Experience. While we will take reasonable care, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage. Valuable items should be stored in the free lockers provided (at your risk).
- Guests in wheelchairs or Persons of Determination with accessibility limitations should note that access to certain Experiences may be restricted.
- Aquatic wheelchairs will be available for Persons of Determination, subject to availability, weight/size limitations, and agreement to our terms of use.
- Guests using their own wheelchairs at TLP do so at their own risk. We are not liable for any damage or degradation to a guest’s wheelchair.
- You must not touch, alter, or interfere with any of the art installations in the Experiences unless explicitly authorized.
- FacePass and contactless services
icon - FacePass services, including contactless access and contactless payment services, may be provided at TLP.
- Contactless access involves the processing of your FacePass to identify you when entering the designated attractions. Once your FacePass is enrolled, you can enjoy easier and safer contactless entry using your FacePass without scanning your ticket. Contactless payment involves the processing of your FacePass to identify you when making payments at operating food and retail outlets (where available) inside the designated attractions. Once enrolled, you can link your FacePass to a debit or credit card and make payments without using the card.
- For further information on how and why we process your personal data in connection with FacePass and our contactless services, please review our Privacy Policy.
- Enrolment for FacePass and contactless access services may be done online through the Yas Island mobile app or website (where available) by uploading a photo of your face. Alternatively, enrolment may be done offline with guest relations, allowing the camera at the turnstiles to capture your photo. Debit and credit card information can only be linked through the Yas Island mobile app or website (where available), and you must be 18 years or older to enroll a debit or credit card for contactless payments.
- You must complete all requirements to enroll for FacePass, including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and providing explicit consent for us to process such data. We will communicate all requirements to you through the online or offline enrollment process.
- Where consent is required, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are not a person of determination. For persons under 18 or of determination, we require consent from a parent or legal guardian at guest relations upon visiting our designated attractions.
- Please bring ID for all persons to TLP, as this will be required to verify age and consent.
- If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, or if required consent is not provided or is withdrawn, we will not be able to provide the relevant services to you. We accept no liability for the non-provision or withdrawal of services arising from refusal to process personal data, failure to provide consent, or incomplete enrollment.
- You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the information provided when enrolling for FacePass and contactless services (including debit or credit card and payment information) and for all transactions made using FacePass. All contactless payments made using the debit or credit card linked to your FacePass are non-refundable.
- Any promotions or discounts offered in connection with FacePass and contactless services are at our discretion and are subject to specific promotion or discount terms and conditions. We may amend or withdraw such promotions or discounts at any time.
- Once you have unenrolled your FacePass, you will not be able to enroll for FacePass and contactless services again.
- Closures and Unavailability
icon - Certain Experiences may be unavailable during your visit and/or may be subject to capacity limits and waiting times.
- On certain days, we may operate a ‘Ladies only’ policy at TLP. Please check the TLP website ahead of your visit to see if a Ladies-only door entry policy applies.
- Although we will use reasonable efforts to keep our website up to date with news, we reserve the right, without prior notice and without refund, liability, or compensation, to change the operating hours of TLP, close any area of TLP temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to TLP, and/or suspend or cancel any Experience, attraction, or entertainment program if we consider that the circumstances require. It is your responsibility to check the website, and we cannot guarantee that it will inform you of all changes that may be relevant to your visit.
- You may not be able to gain access to TLP, or certain areas of TLP, during special events or private bookings.
- Attractioning

- Vehicles may not be left overnight.

- Photography and Filming
icon - Areas within TLP and its grounds are monitored by CCTV. We may also capture footage of you for the purposes of making available souvenir photo and video products for you to purchase.
- We reserve the right to stop picture taking or video recording and confiscate any inappropriate material.
- We, or third parties authorised by us, may film, sound record, or photograph public areas in TLP. By visiting and using TLP, you understand and agree to the filming, sound recording, and/or photography and possible subsequent exploitation, broadcasts, or publication. You therefore agree that:

- (ii) We or the authorised party may use, broadcast, and exploit such images in any material in any format whatsoever.
- Liability
